Abundantly Blessed...

Well the time has finally come for me to shed the "contract worker" label at work. After 6 months, the company I've been with has finally opened the door to hire me on permanently, along with 3 other co-workers. The team I'm on is pretty tight and so we were all concerned for one another and equally excited when it finally came through.
And all the current permanent employees were just as joyous at the turning of our status.

I know all things happen in God's timing and He has a purpose and a plan. Waiting 6 months, when the standard is 90 days was tough. It definitely took faith and trust in the Lord to bring that through.

Along with the changed status also brought about some different job duties. Some that have me feeling like I'm back at day one. Nonetheless, I'm thrilled to be where I'm at and helping people stay in their homes. Also now that my status has changed so has my travel plans... I will now be put in to the travel rotation and will be traveling to meet some of our customers. Although I have my preferences of places I'd like to go, I simply want to go where I'm needed. I pray the Lord sends me and uses me to bring comfort to people and work with them during this volatile time.

To think of God's amazing plan and how He orchestrates everything in His perfect timing never ceases to amaze me and completely humble me.
