Oh my gosh... did I pick THE hottest summer to choose to take up walking?? Sure, I can walk indoors, but that really doesn't prepare you for a long distance walk in the outdoors. I certainly hope the temperatures cool down by the day of the walk. I'm suppose to go walking outside tomorrow after work with a friend who has committed to do the walk with me. I've got lots to prepare for this week. My nephews are down in the south visiting my brother for a couple of weeks. I will see them Wednesday night briefly before they head out to go a Yankee/Rangers baseball game. And then on Thursday I will take them to Texas Motor Speedway for a tour. They'll head home and then I'll see them again the next day for the weekend of my brother's wedding. Stayed tuned for pics from that event!! And then the next week will all be about preparation for our vacation to Colorado.

Girl...are you crazy? You can't go outside and walk, it was 106 in Dallas today. I'll pray for you to come to your senses :-)
