I would really like to lose at least 15 lbs by the end of the year. But to go along with that goal, I want to look at healthy living and eating as a way of life, not something I HAVE to do. I just want it to be natural and not something I have to think so hard about.
I'm getting there. It's no longer a question what kind of bread we're going to buy. Whole grain/sugar free. Or what kind of milk I'm going to drink. Skim. Or what's for dessert. One cookie instead of 4. Or what kind of soda. Diet Dr. Pepper, not the regular. What kind of pasta. Whole grain. What Starbucks drink. Skinny Vanilla Latte (okay, I'm sure I'll sneak atleast one Peppermint Mocha in there come holiday time!) These are things I don't even have to second guess any more.
First of all, good for you on losing 4 lbs!! That's harder than it sounds. I would also love to lose 15 lbs by the end of the year, but I always say that and I never do it.
Soooo....my goal is to get my home in order. I want our basement totally finished, Sam's new room done, all of the excess stuff sent off to Goodwill, and the garage clean enough to get BOTH vehicles in this winter. It really isn't unattainable. It's just gonna take some oomph and elbow grease. Let's pray I have enough of both to get it done! :-P
What are you asking this tough question for? ARughhh you are making me think. I would like to feel like I have a better handle on my life. It has been crazy and hurried and overwhelming for a long time. I hope that I can find some peace and get my home back in order... Whew... that makes me tired just thinking about it.
