
My healthy habit to share this week is all about meal planning.
Make a spreadsheet outlining each day of the week. Sit down and map out what you're going to eat each night for dinner. And if you want to take one step further (and you know I do...) plan out each meal of the day. Honestly, this habit saves me having to think too much, too often. If I wait until 5pm each day to figure out what's for dinner it's going to be eating out every time. I never make wise choices in the 12th hour.
This tip will ultimately save you time, save you money and create a way to map out healthy choices.

I have wanted to do this for months!!! But always felt overwhelmed. My problem is, I'm a what do I feel like, cook. And I'm afraid to commit to a plan and then not want to cook what's scheduled. But I could always change it up a bit when need be. It's not written in stone, right? Thanks for the encouragement, girl! And I need to go through last week's links to see what others are up to. I wish I had some to share! I'll see if I can come up with something.
I totally have nothing healthy to post... how terrible is THAT! I could post how UNHEALTHY the chocolate cake is that I'm going to make for you when you come to visit... but that is cruel.
I'll start thinking NOW about next weeks post.
