Trust me. I'm well aware what excites me, excites very few others. But I'm really excited about a purchase we made yesterday. Two years ago we bought a Texas State Park pass. Sadly, we didn't utilize as much as we would have liked, but we're going to try again. We got another pass yesterday when we went to the park. My mom gave us each some money so we combined the funds, added a little to it and wah-lah!... a state park pass we have.
I'm desperate for time outdoors. I love creating on my computer, but I'm also mindful of the time it zaps from my family and household chores. And something about being outside and experiencing God's creation and making memories really excites and inspires me.
And whatever you do, don't mention "camping" to Brooke. She'll never shut up about it. She loves to go camping!
