Maybe what the girl needs is a little accountability.
I am very blessed to have a husband who will eat anything and everything I put in front of him... except green peas (which our entire household agrees on). So choosing meals really isn't all that difficult. The man has been so gracious for 12 years to eat some of the most awful meals. So this really shouldn't be a struggle for me. But, alas, cooking is just not my thing.
Anyway, we have a busy week coming up so here is what the next two weeks look like.
We very rarely do anything "fancy".
And the "Dream Dinner" meals. Well... that was when I was going to the meal prep place (before I had to go gluten free). I was cleaning out the freezers this afternoon and discovered that we still had a couple of meals. My goal these days is to create meals from food we already have. Trying desperately to get some of these freezers and cabinets cleaned out!!
And while I'm on the subject of meal planning... can I just tell you that Pinterest has totally saved my life with cooking and eating at home!! It is essentially my one and only source for meal prep. Even my little bug comments on how much better our meals have gotten since I started using Pinterest. :)
Now would be a fun time to note that *I* will not be having spaghetti Wednesday night!!! (although I very much love spaghetti).
I get the awesome opportunity to go to the Music Hall at Fair Park and see Wicked!!!! I've wanted to see this show for SOOOOO long! I love musicals! My alter ego sings in a chorus on Broadway somewhere.
I will update more on that later!!
Okay, well... I hope you enjoyed your hodge podge of info!! :)
Until next time...
