The Point

I adore how our church has a passion for missions. My multi-worlds continue to collide as a long time hearts desire is now presented with an opportunity. So now our big announcement and getting to The Point…

 

Our family has been called to serve a week in Vancouver, British Columbia. We will partner with the North American Mission Board and The Point Community Church to conduct camps, outreach opportunities, and training for church members. Many have spoken to the amazing beauty this city beholds, but sadly, 93% of Metro Vancouver (2.5 million people) have no relationship with Jesus. University campuses are unreached with less than 0.5% identified as born-again Christians.

 

Our family is ecstatic about this opportunity and have been praying for weeks for the preparation of our hearts and the people we will encounter. It is an awesome privilege to be asked by God to speak, teach, and live His word outside of our comfort zones. 

I resurrected this blog because I needed a place to document the journey. I never want to forget the precious times when I hear and see God.
